The aim of the gliding.app is that we strive for cost coverage and affordability, especially for smaller clubs.For this we have set up a three price plans:
Basic Plan
€ 0.40 per user / month (ex VAT)
Perfect for clubs getting started with digital management

Flight Logging Plan
€ 0.80 per user / month (ex VAT)
Ideal for clubs with extended DTO and flight operations
Includes Basic Plan, plus:

- 📡 OGN timewriting
- 📋 EASA recency tracking
- 🔧 Maintenance module
- 🛠️ Defect management
Financial Plan
€ 1.10 per user / month (ex VAT)
Complete solution for all aspects of club management
Includes Flight Logging Plan, plus:
- 💰 Financial flight administration
- 📊 Personal user balance
- 💳 Payment integration (Mollie)
- 🏦 Bank payment imports
- 🎁 Gift Aid module (UK only)
The following conditions apply to all price plans:
No setup costs, easy import of members and flights though CSV templates.
Always available by email for questions and advice.
Clubs can cancel annually.
Costs are charged annually in advance.
Free test account
Keen to try out? With this test account you can add a maximum of 6 users to try the GlidingApp for free and without obligation for a period of 12 months. Register yourself via the registration form or send us an email on contact@gliding.app
Implementation service
We also offer an implementation service. For €300, ex VAT, we help you import your data, setup your club and provide an initial training:
Email us your members and flights in your own format (sql, csv, excel) and we can import the data for you.
We will setup all required (BGA) training programs as well as your custom club competencies.
We can offer an initial training session, via ZOOM, for your admin and (chief) instructor users.
And, as always, we will be available by email for questions and follow up advice.
